Lamardi Gras

Each year, our National Sales department hosts a signature event for clients and local support staff in the NYC area, aiming to share a taste of Louisiana culture with our northern audience. This year was no exception. We curated a lively experience featuring a “swag table” stocked with over 900 beads, boas, light-up rings, and bowties. Every piece of signage embraced our themed celebration, complemented by custom-designed koozies and hurricane cups featuring the event badge.

I illustrated a vibrant parade scene that was transformed into a striking 20-foot-high wallscape, serving as a focal point for the event. Our team produced all video content throughout the evening, while collaborating with vendors to deliver authentic Louisiana music and cuisine directly to our guests. The event attracted over 350 attendees, creating a memorable and immersive cultural experience that strengthened relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

Branding & Logo Design

The branding for this annual event evolves each year, and I was entrusted with leading the creative development just six weeks prior to the event. Working within this tight timeline, I successfully designed a fresh new logo, event badge, digital invitation, and a full suite of collateral. The logo and badges were seamlessly applied across a variety of touchpoints, including event signage, custom koozies, cups, Mardi Gras beads, and social media campaigns—helping to create a cohesive and engaging brand experience.
